Typical Greeting here... :P
« Thread started on: May 10th, 2008, 05:06am » |

Hello! I've been reading Animorphs recently and wanted to know if I could find other fans out there. So I did a google search and found this place. I started reading Animorphs when I was 13 or 14 but around #45 or so It became difficult for me to find the books. Now that I'm 27, I'm finally getting to finish reading these books and I'm so excited!
I'm currently reading through #46 and now I only wish I could find real copies of the ones I don't have so I can have a complete collection.
I hada huge crush on Tobias when I was younger...so if there's any spoilers about him Sssshhhh!

Wow...I'm not sure whether I should be proud or depressed by possibly being the new eldest member. ^_^
Yeah I'll do my best to steer clear of the animorph forums until I finish the series. And maybe once I return to the States I'll try finding and buying the books I'm missing in my collection.

Don't be depressed... I'm not really far from you. And I think there'll be a RAF award about the eldest member...
We're working on the other ebooks of Remnants... And Mscaesila is working on Everworld ebooks, try them too (the 1st ebook is online). You also have Vegemorphs ebook, the parody...
Where do you live now?

Ah cool I might win an award!
I currently live in South Korea teaching English for a year. But I'll return home to Georgia, U.S. in November.
I miss home, I'm really homesick and can't imagine how people survived before the internet! lol
Update: Started reading book #48 today

Oh, it's cool! How long did you stay in Korea? I may gonna stay in Japan during about 8 months (from this September, if everything is ok...) and I hope I can have a computer and internet overthere... or I'll die! I can't live without them! And... I may gonna be in a little country city... not far from Tokyo but bus and train are quite expensive and I can't leave the city everyday ^_^' (In fact, a University accepted me, but now my teachers should accept too... I'm waiting)

Dameg:
I'm currently living in Korea I still have 6 more months I'm living here for a year. My first choice was Japan but Korea was quicker.
I just finished the last Animorphs book and.....I'm not happy. I almost wish I hadn't taken the 2 weeks or so to read the rest of them. I'm still digesting it all but if you know what it means WTF?
The only books I haven't read are the 2 alternamorphs but I don't think they'll change any of the core story line.
I'm upset, I'm frustrated and feel let down in so many ways. Now I'm off to see if there is a thread with similar feelings here to sort my thoughts out. *sigh*

Because of Rachel death? I was sick about the murders on Yeerks but I thought Rachel must die... Hope your deception will desappear soon...
PS: Well, in fact I gonna be in a country side very far from Tokyo T_T and it's not sure, of course, I should succeed 3 exams before...

No, I didn't mind Rachel dying too much, though I felt her death was anti-climatic.
I think if you truely enjoy Japanese culture you'll find you like Japan no matter where you go. ^_^ Good luck in your travels!
